Technical Project Manager/Engineer – Rooftop Installations

We have received 10.000+ customer inquiries during the past 12 months, and we are hiring to support customer demand and get the product installed at our customers’ facilities in United States. Our innovative solution was selected by TIME Magazine as one of the best global innovations in 2022.

We are looking for an engineer/technician with significant “hands-on” experience within installation of rooftop equipment on commercial/industrial buildings. Our commercial product will be launched in second half of 2024 and we are now working with international clients to plan their first installation. You will help our clients with their structural assessments of their buildings, and lead them through the installations (mechanical and electrical). You will also be responsible for that permits/certifications are in place in the different countries where we operate. You are both structured and creative and can “think out of the box” to help our clients undertake the best installations on different types of buildings. 

You will join our team in Houston, TX and help serve our North America clients and partners. You may come with a variety of backgrounds, but you are probably an engineer/technician by education and possess several of the listed qualifications below.

Responsibilities:

  • Overall technical responsible for Aeromine projects in North America.
  • Identify/develop plans and methods to ensure fast, safe and cost effective installation methods for different building types.
  • Support our clients and partners in undertaking planning and installation of Aeromine systems. Both on-site during initial installations and with backend engineering service
  • Ensure that Aeromine systems have the required certifications and permits to be installed and connected to the grid in different countries.
  • Share best practices with Aeromine colleagues

Qualifications:

  • At least 5+ years of experience with planning/installing large rooftop equipment on commercial or industrial buildings (e.g. HVAC, solar panels or other electrical equipment)
  • Experience with obtaining local permits for rooftop installations is an advantage.
  • Experience with mechanical installations (structural assessments, reinforcements of building, attachment of structures to rooftop etc.)
  • Experience with electrical systems and connections (e.g. solar pv) is an advantage (but not required)
  • International experience is an advantage
